Booking and payments

Any chargebacks, disputed payments, or account restrictions can affect payout timing for hosts and booking eligibility.
Cancellation policy and conduct
- No-shows, misuse, or property damage may lead to penalties in line with our trust and safety framework.
- Misleading content, duplicate accounts, and policy circumvention can result in listing removal.
- Users must follow local laws for parking, insurance, and safety checks when renting vehicles.
Liability and disputes
Disputes are prioritized through direct communication first, then platform mediation where policy applies. If mediation fails, you may use applicable legal channels where permitted.
